Welcome to OrgMyHome ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

OrgMyHome is a household management application designed to help households organise tasks, events, and reduce mental load by automatically processing emails and newsletters.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Adults may add household members (including children) as part of their household profile. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authority to provide information about any member added to your household.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use OrgMyHome only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the app for any harmful, abusive, or inappropriate purposes.
• Enter sexual, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or damage the service.
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Use the service to spam or send unsolicited communications.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to review aggregated, non-personal usage patterns to ensure the service is not being misused.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and any activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

5. Email Processing

OrgMyHome processes emails you forward to your household inbox address. By forwarding emails, you:

• Confirm you have the right to share those emails with us.
• Understand we will use AI to extract events and tasks from them.
• Acknowledge that extracted information will be visible to your household members.

We do not share the content of your emails with third parties except for processing purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

OrgMyHome and its content, trademarks, and branding are the property of Sonrai Consulting Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to OrgMyHome.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your data.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted operation of the service.
• That the service will be free from errors.
• The accuracy of AI-extracted information from emails.

You should always verify important dates and information extracted by the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sonrai Consulting Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including:

• Missed events or appointments due to processing errors.
• Loss of data.
• Service interruptions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we will notify you via the app or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
